Spec Homepage for Los Granados
A family-owned colonial style Inn, Venezuela.
Spec Project:
Homepage (Bilingual Spec) — Posada Los Granados, Tour Packages.
Description:
Posada Los Granados is a family-owned business located in Carora, Venezuela, looking to strengthen its brand and increase bookings. Currently, its only digital presence is through social media.
This project was designed to launch its first bilingual website with two goals: attract local and regional travelers—including visitors from neighboring Latin American countries—and expand into the international market by offering guided tours throughout Venezuela led by the Los Granados team.
The company’s mission is to promote regional and international tourism in Venezuela.
Strategic Approach:
I first researched Venezuelan and Latin American audiences to write the Spanish copy in a warm yet neutral tone that could connect naturally with different Hispanic cultures. The goal was to make the language feel familiar and approachable while maintaining the sense of harmony and professionalism that defines the brand.
I then developed the English version around the key benefits for English-speaking travelers. Since this audience faces a greater financial commitment, including international airfare, the offer was expanded to include tour packages throughout Venezuela, highlighting colonial destinations, Caribbean landscapes, and the country’s geographic diversity.
The English version uses a more vibrant and enthusiastic tone while preserving the brand’s underlying sense of peace and harmony.
